No problems during the day ... but night ... the guy that works in night time I guess he’s the responsible person because he answer the phone calls have an attitude like rude like if he things that is the only tire shop in NYC that I could buy tires ... I always buy new and used tires there but with this experience.... naaaaa time to find another place ...

save yourself from aggravation and wasting money on wheels alignment, I went there in the morning 20 minutes later came out with same problem, steering wheel was pulling to the right. They lost my trust and my business.

There are service very rude

Sell you whatever tires they have in stock, you will have to wait for their so called alignment when it suits them. When you buy 4 new tires. Manager is arrogant and thinks he's Hugh Hefner . Place is only good for emergency tire repair if you're in the neighborhood, anything else, forget about it.

Loved the service & hospitality Mr Will showed me. He will be my first choice if I have tire issues again. I will tell all I know about the service I was given. Mr Will needs to be promoted to manager.

One of the worst place. First they charge money then send to other place, where we have to wait 5-6 hours. Initially they do t say , you gonna be in this number and have to wait this long. Worst employees there. They don’t take care by number. Just can take any car before you even that car is far behind you in a queue. Hate this place and suggest other not to go

I went for a wheel alignment. Long story short. When I got out of there the alignment sucked my car was shaking even worst. And they banged my right lower arm so hard that I had to replace it. Horrible mechanics there
