The valve on my tire broke in half, they were able to fix it in 30min. Very friendly and helpful. The guy who towed my car said he comes here for his own car, if that isn't praise I don't know what is! Will definitely come here again if I need anything tire related.

Northern Blvd wheel alignment is the WROST place to get your wheel alignment done. Don't go there, first they make you wait like 2 hours and than they take there time to do the work. There attitude towards any customer was so bad, everyone had a face of anger. They don't even deserve a star. What a rip off. Don't go here! Trust me.. Ruined my whole day.

Worst costumer service ever....the owner is racist and rude ignored costumers when asking him a question...most employees are good but management sucks

Just Awful, little to no customer service and when they finally decide to talk to you they are RUDE. They have inept mechanics. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! You will regret it. Also they are not 24 hours, showed up at 6am for an alignment was told to wait till 8:00 then they refused to honor their advertised price. THE WORST!

Worse place ever service sucks they lie about there prices and you have to wait Forever for a wheel alignment never going back there I suggest you done either

They are doing illegal practice by setting minimum $25 charge for debit and credit card. The night guy was very rude. Worst service.

I have read a good number of these reviews and it sees that the one star ratings describe how inattentive and uncaring the employees are and give great detail with time, date make and models, the positives are just general praise. I am now wondering if the positives are for real? I guess I wont find out, I am going somewhere else.

I went to this place yesterday to have a tire checked out since its leaking air. Nobody acknowledge me or asked me if I needed help. I had to go around searching for somebody to take care of me. They told me to wait a little bit since they were busy. After waiting around 40 min and watching employees going in and out. Some of them with lunch bags in hand and some of the watching a soccer game on a flat panel screen, I decided to leave. No management, nobody seems to be in charge, no customer service. Never again at this piece of crap tire shop. Stay away people!
