I had a noise in the wheel after they did a high speed balance, the two young man did a great job fixing it, they were exceptional and respectful. But then this older guy came he might have been the owner or something he was super rude, he wanted me to make the line again behind 4 cars after I got the job done and came back 3 minutes later to fix the noise that wasn't there before the balance. The young kid excused himself with me and fixed it right away.
