They can improve it

Horrible service. Rude workers who work like sloths. Never again. Went for a wheel alignment and while I waited 3 hours I witnessed the lack of education when worker was changing breaks and the one who aligned take a break every minute. Do not come here unless u have 4 hours to spare.

Workers are very slow and no one is responsible for their performed work. Waiting time for wheel alignment is ridiculous and totally waste of time or stand and look around there for 2 -4 hours.

This is by far the most unorganized mechanical facility I have ever encountered. When requesting the service I needed I was sent back and forth by the mechanic and the office representative. There is absolutely ZERO communication. I brought my car in around 10 am for a simple wheel alignment, I returned at 1:30 pm and my car STILL hadn’t been attended too. When speaking to someone in regards to this disservice they said I was next after realizing that people who had recently come in were being seen before attending to my vehicle. I don’t recommend any one to come to this shop unless your taking a full day off. I did complain about this and the mechanic told me if I can’t wait to take my car to another shop, SUPER unprofessional. They had no interest in trying to service me, instead I was being brushed off. Zero isn’t an option so they will receive 1 star.

This is the best place to go with tire problems, very professional , nice, and fair prices.

The really trashy service workers are really useless can’t do anything I want to reconfirm the problem of a flat tire on my car workers say no .no anything problem can’t check again just let me pay. Never come to this place

This place is the most convenient shop for tires and wheel alignment for any vehicle. They are the most competitive spot when it comes to tire rotation, wheel balancing and alignment. Best of all they are open 24/7. You just can't beat the service they offer. One of the things that's really important is not just the convenience or competitive prices, but all their employees CARE.....That's Priceless to me.

Prices are ok but work and experience are not on par. Went there twice and gave them the benefit of doubt but both experiences were the same. No one was approachable nor helpful. I had to probe for everything I’d need or wanted. I would rather pay a few more dollars somewhere else.

Come here when you need a new set of wheels and great service, ask for Will. He’s very informative and will point you in the right direction. Plus they’re open 24hrs.

They screwed up my alignment. Never going there again. First they told me one price on 2 rear tires after installing, charged extra money. Total ripoff! They deserve 0 stars rating.
