I had a bad exprience long wait and employee did not follow through the issue.

They had no used tires as they syated on their sign.

Not so good

Stay away!!!! Took 3 hrs to do the oil change. Very slow

Horrible service. Rude workers who work like sloths. Never again. Went for a wheel alignment and while I waited 3 hours I witnessed the lack of education when worker was changing breaks and the one who aligned take a break every minute. Do not come here unless u have 4 hours to spare.

Workers are very slow and no one is responsible for their performed work. Waiting time for wheel alignment is ridiculous and totally waste of time or stand and look around there for 2 -4 hours.

This is by far the most unorganized mechanical facility I have ever encountered. When requesting the service I needed I was sent back and forth by the mechanic and the office representative. There is absolutely ZERO communication. I brought my car in around 10 am for a simple wheel alignment, I returned at 1:30 pm and my car STILL hadn’t been attended too. When speaking to someone in regards to this disservice they said I was next after realizing that people who had recently come in were being seen before attending to my vehicle. I don’t recommend any one to come to this shop unless your taking a full day off. I did complain about this and the mechanic told me if I can’t wait to take my car to another shop, SUPER unprofessional. They had no interest in trying to service me, instead I was being brushed off. Zero isn’t an option so they will receive 1 star.
