I went there to do diagnostic for my front shocks and steering. It cost me $25 for diagnostic. I Waited about 30 kin before they looked at it. Diagnostic was ok but not the best. Especially they didn't remove tires to look further. See if there anything else might be need to replace. I had to go to another place for 2nd opinion. When I first went there I asked the guy for diagnostic. He told me to go Cross the street where they do diagnostic. So I went there. The guy do diagnostic told me go back to other locations to pay and bring him the paper/receipt. Very disappointed at that guy.

The valve on my tire broke in half, they were able to fix it in 30min. Very friendly and helpful. The guy who towed my car said he comes here for his own car, if that isn't praise I don't know what is! Will definitely come here again if I need anything tire related.

Northern Blvd wheel alignment is the WROST place to get your wheel alignment done. Don't go there, first they make you wait like 2 hours and than they take there time to do the work. There attitude towards any customer was so bad, everyone had a face of anger. They don't even deserve a star. What a rip off. Don't go here! Trust me.. Ruined my whole day.

Worst costumer service ever....the owner is racist and rude ignored costumers when asking him a question...most employees are good but management sucks
