Had to get my tire fixed early in the morning. I tried going to the place on 97th street but they didn't open on time. Tried looking around and found this place. Got it fixed and was out of there in 10 minutes.

Thank you!!!

Very fast ..friendly business.. I recommend it.

Quick and easy tire replacement. Make sure to get a quote before you change tires, I had two different quotes from two different employees, one was quoting me $15 more for changing the tires. Other than that, flawless transaction good service

I had all four tires replaced by this establishment. They were honest, helpful and gave me the best price. They are open 24/7 which was helpful when I needed to get the work done at 10 o'clock at night. The staff treated me with respect and was very knowledgeable and professional. The shop was clean and the staff took care of me in a very timely manner. I would strongly suggest you use this business for any and all tire and wheel needs. The following week we had a bad snow storm and I have never felt safer driving in the snow with my brand new tires. Keeping my family safe while I was on the road was their priority and I felt extremely safe and satisfied upon leaving this business.

A few months ago, I noticed my car told me back right tire has low air. I fill up. One month later same thing. Finally took it into these guys and after an oil change, checked that tire out. No problems. So my guy figured out must be the front tire, took it off, found the nail and patched it up. Very reasonably priced, no funny business or things I couldn't understand. I watched him do the entire thing which was pretty cool actually and he was very efficient. I can't speak to these other reviewers, but I came 8am and I was out at 830 including having to diagnose the issue.

Thank You Zachary, we always strive to do the right thing, even when we are extremely busy.

Not sure I would return only because the garage where you pay for the service is located across the street and a block over from where the garage is where the actual work is done. My oil change and tire rotation went well however, there is no where to sit and wait for your work to be done. So I stood for approximately 30 mins (probably was longer but I was on social media the whole time so I didn't really keep track) The staff is nice though and both garages were very clean. But I wouldn't return.

We're sorry that you had this experience. Unfortunately you didnt take advantage of your waiting room that has seats, TV and Wifi. We want you back, come check us out and lets see what we can do to make your experience even better.

*****BE WARNED DO NOT GO HERE, QUALITY OF WORK HAS DECLINED***** I have been going to this tire shop back when I couldn't even drive. I have never had an issue and they have always been great. That being said this past year (June-2016 to June-2017) has been by far the worst experience dealing with the shop. For instance, them ordering the wrong parts costing me needless hours at the shop to extra noises on the car AFTER it has been serviced. They were not only rude but did not allow my Fiancé to view the old parts even after she requested it (this is illegal). The representative that I spoke to did not know that my Fiancé was in the shop when he started his condescending words of me. But the straw that broke the camel’s back was the fact that now after having to constantly calling and asking to speak as to why they are trying to pressure my fiancé in to unnecessary repairs, those noises from the parts that NEEDED to be replaced and weren't replaced have just magically stopped. They have touched my vehicles for the last time. This last visit is what has ended my relationship with this mechanic. *****UPDATED***** Tried several times before posting this to try and resolve this with the manager. The gentleman that called me a PELOTUDO is constantly telling me that he is not there. I really don’t want to post this but enough is enough.

Probably the worst customer service in the business. being greeted by office personnel is hit or miss. Quotes on pricing seems to vary based on location and time of day. If you say called and were told one price, you get yelled at and ask to take business else were. I really hope they don't stay in business much longer
