If there was an option for no stars this would be it! DO NOT get a wheel alignment here!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE, VERY UNORGANIZED AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION!! Over a 4 hour wait time!!! You have to wait in a “No Standing” (bus stop) zone for an alignment which is across the street. (People were getting parking tickets waiting on line.) Even if you are waiting on line they will take anyone who drives in their driveway before you. Go to another shop that can be proud of their customer experience because this one isn’t it. You get for what you pay for! After spending over $1000 here on tires, I will never support this business. Save yourself the stress and time, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
