You have to wait in a “No Standing” (bus stop) zone for an alignment which is across the street. (People were getting parking tickets waiting on line.) Even if you are waiting on line they will take anyone who drives in their driveway before you. Go to another shop that can be proud of their customer experience because this one isn’t it. You get for what you pay for! After spending over $1000 here on tires, I will never support this business. Save yourself the stress and time, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Bought a Groupon deal for oil change for $10. Awesome deal and I bought it knowing I have to wait a while there. I didn’t know I had to wait almost 2 hours after making an appointment the day prior. It’s still a great deal so I’m giving it 3 stars but I had to take a star away for every hour I waited. What’s the point of making an appointment then.
