Whyitng is to long dont have a appointment time and in the afternoon is only one guy working is a busy place but needs extra hands in the shop like I say busy and only one guy at shop in the afternoon

I called ahead for a rim repair and was told to get there before 6pm so that I can have the repair done the same day. I arrived at 5:45pm and over an hour later at 7:10pm I still had been helped. No one even approached me. Never coming back here.

Second time here and a vehicle went ahead of me, 90 minutes later I’m still waiting. NEVER AGAIN!

NOT A 24H service

Worst people work there it’s take forever to do wheel alignment done I wait 2 hours and they said we have 10 more car parks so come back 4 hours never go there

Besides the line, i was in and out quick. I certainly would have liked the people to post a sign that said wheel alignment was across the street that way i didnt have to wait online. However, I still had to go across the street to 106 st to get the paper order and pay. But over all service was quick and inexpensive great price!

Wow, excellent service. Open late (midnight at the moment due to Covid). Very friendly. In and out in 15 mins and very reasonable price! Will definitely return here if I need tire or other service.

I went to get the alignment done from this place and the wait was crazy I waited about 75 min to get the alignment finally when they did it I left, and next day when I drove the car I felt vibration I was away I couldn't make it to the store on time because of pandemic. And when I went for my balancing he told me one of the tire is not good I have all 4 brand new tires and I left for some reason. I was stress that I have new tires how come and then I took my car to mechanic and he explained that alignment wasnt done properly that's why your tire was messed up. So I contacted them and they refuse to admit their mistake and telling me that it's been over 30 days and on the other hand trying to sell me new tire. The guy who was dealing with me he said he will get back but never contacted me I contacted him after the time that was given to me he kept putting me on hold and refuse to give any help. This is ridiculous I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.
