Bought the oil change on Groupon. Called them to make an appointment, said they don't actually do appointments (even though that's listed on the Groupon site), just show up. So, I showed up without an appointment. It was busy, couple of cars ahead of me had their tires changed etc. Waited 25-30 minutes before someone helped us. Told him my car make and model. He told me to come back the next day??? No explanation. Nothing. So I left. I'm so confused. I drive a regular car (I mean, if they don't have regular car oil in stock, how are you functioning?) Plus they had no issues efficiently helping other customers before me. Not sure why I wasn't helped. But it is ok. I went to a different place.
