Employees are rude , no such thing a courtesy , my first n last visit .

Absolutely the worst tire/rim shop one can ever go to. First off, the absolute worst customer service. These employees do not show any courtesy to any customer and speak to them in a disrespectful way. Guys hate their job and take it out on the customers. They cannot speak English but only Spanish. Even the manager does not believe in customer service. One of the employees was putting a new tire on a very expensive original rim and he scratches my rim. And tries to cover it up with some paste. Luckily I spotted it before I left. Do yourself the favor and avoid getting your car serviced here.

Overpriced for tires and service takes too long considering that they have 5 bays and a garage.

They're ok but at night when you call them on the phone, is like talking to a retard which will provide you for a wrong info, had a scheduled oil change called early for them to have the oil filter ordered called around 8pm to verify the guy said theres no filter so i bought my own by the time i got there he said he got the filter. Plain stupid. Hands down, should informed DOL just to verify if theyre employees got proper working papers.

Horrible service and communication. As busy as I am, I had to get my wheel aligned. Since it's open 24hrs I was only able to go around 2am. The person at the counter spent maybe 20 mins typing an essay into the computer. Then got my wheel "aligned" Starting driving and realized it's hasn't been aligned. Went back, they said come back later you've got 30 days. I came back a week later. He said come back next week. I came back around the same time and day only because I'm not able to come at any other time. This time he said to wait. I waited an hour and then he said I can't do anything without the yellow paper. I said what yellow paper. He said the one with the receipt. Now I understand you need a receipt for everything now a days but this dude recognizes me for the 3 times I had to come back. He said there's nothing I could do. So I asked him why did he tell me to come back so many times? And why did I just wait an extra hr?! He said idk. I said why can't u just check the computer for my info. He said there's nothing on the computer. Lol I'm at lost of words cuz wtf were you putting into the computer in the first place for the 20 mins?! Were you commenting on pics on fb? Like wtf. When I come to get my wheel alignment, I expect my wheels to be aligned. His response was no one is perfect. I said ok, so that goes for me too then, cuz I don't have a copy of the receipt. He just turned away and said then you have to pay again. End of this bullshyt, I've wasted my time here, I didn't get what I payed for, I've wasted my time, and I wasted even more time typing this bullshyt here lol (no stars) 👎

After multiple issues at several different tire shops, I came across 106 street tire and I was very pleased with the service I received and the availability they offered on site. I hate going for a tire and being told we "have to wait to receive that model because we dont currently have it in stock". Their prices were on the lower side from what ive seen and they even told me that they are open 24 hours which I will remember for the future. I would recommend to others.

This place was awesome when Miguel worked there... now that he's gone - this place is total $#@T!!!!!!! Their customer service sucks. I dont normally leave reviews but I want to let every one know not to go here. I've spent a lot of money buying tires and wheels here for 2 cars and always getting alignments here as well as referring my people here but not any more! I went to get an alignment a little over a month .. tipped the guy real well.. drove off and realized the steering wheel wasnt straight. I came back around and told him and he said I have to come back another day because his shift just ended. I've been busy and out of state for some time... I finally get a chance to go back and the store workers say its passed 30 days - I have to pay again for an alignment. I refused to pay as it should have been done correct the first time. The worker in the office refused to fix it for me insisting I had 30 days to come back and fix it and I need to learn responsibility???? WHO THE F ARE YOU TO TELL A CUSTOMER THAT?? I will never return to this place nor will I refer any one here. I rather spend my money else where where I know an alignment will be done correct. No wonder everyone is quitting from here.... Ef'n A-hol3z!

Screwed up my BMW! the wheel alignment Guy wasn't knowledge about car Machenic I had with me Had to explain to him how to camber my car. They took well ova an hour. Car felt funny after leaving them took Car to another alignment place and showed me the messed up Job previously done . Wish I could add photo to show difference never ever again will I go.here even if I caught 4 flats on a rainy day right infront of them

The worst tire shop in the world!!!!! First, price of repairs depends on what car you have!!! if you came to the their shop on Mercedes they will charge you more for the same work (tire balance or fix the hole) than if you came on old Nissan. Also, if you come during working hours the price will be cheaper for everything than if you come at night hours. Second, some of staff really don't understand how to balance tires or didn't do their work properly in order for you to return you to their shop again...I can provide you with more examples of they cheat people on alignment but I think you already understand meaning of my words!!!
