They are doing illegal practice by setting minimum $25 charge for debit and credit card. The night guy was very rude. Worst service.

I have read a good number of these reviews and it sees that the one star ratings describe how inattentive and uncaring the employees are and give great detail with time, date make and models, the positives are just general praise. I am now wondering if the positives are for real? I guess I wont find out, I am going somewhere else.

I went to this place yesterday to have a tire checked out since its leaking air. Nobody acknowledge me or asked me if I needed help. I had to go around searching for somebody to take care of me. They told me to wait a little bit since they were busy. After waiting around 40 min and watching employees going in and out. Some of them with lunch bags in hand and some of the watching a soccer game on a flat panel screen, I decided to leave. No management, nobody seems to be in charge, no customer service. Never again at this piece of crap tire shop. Stay away people!

I went there to have my car tire balance and alignment done. Firstly, their costumer service is the worst, when you walk into the office there are around four arrogant guys that don't even take a single moment to say good morning. In addition, when you're ready for the alignment they send you to a place across the street where there is a rude, disrespectful, and impolite guy. Furthermore, when it was my turn for the alignment after waiting for two hours this guy just walked away for twenty min..so because I spoke to the manager about his behavior, he didn't do my alignment. Then, he gave me a paper saying that I was supposed to change the inner and outer tie rod which would cost over $1000,00. Finally, I went to a different place where they told me that this part was good. Make your own conclusion when you planning to go to this place.

After multiple issues at several different tire shops, I came across 106 street tire and I was very pleased with the service I received and the availability they offered on site. I hate going for a tire and being told we "have to wait to receive that model because we dont currently have it in stock". Their prices were on the lower side from what ive seen and they even told me that they are open 24 hours which I will remember for the future. I would recommend to others.

Good price, friendly people, fast services. I was quite satisfied with my tire change there, and they have those 3D computer wheel alignment, which did a great job on my wheels. Over the years I learned to trusted this store to fix my tires. Their sales are friendly and funny. During the World Cup of Brazil they even set up a big TV for anyone to watch the soccer games, no other tire store did things like that. So I give them 5 stars. Don't know why the google rating is not higher. They deserve better.

Absolutely the worst tire/rim shop one can ever go to. First off, the absolute worst customer service. These employees do not show any courtesy to any customer and speak to them in a disrespectful way. Guys hate their job and take it out on the customers. They cannot speak English but only Spanish. Even the manager does not believe in customer service. One of the employees was putting a new tire on a very expensive original rim and he scratches my rim. And tries to cover it up with some paste. Luckily I spotted it before I left. Do yourself the favor and avoid getting your car serviced here.
