I have gone to this shop couple of times because no other shop is close to me. Unfortunately never had a pleasant experience, the desk personnel do not acknowledge your presence, but when you approach them, standard answer is some one from outside will help you. This time I went for a tire replacement because I wanted the same brand tire which I replaced there. I was told tire is not in stock, will have to be ordered. Tire was ordered, I offered to pay the deposit, but was told not necessary, I was told to come next day. I go there as usual. desk person is busy with sorting papers, I did not approach him knowing he will ask me to wait for the person from outside. Finally when a person approached me. I told him that i am here for a tire replacement and it has been ordered. Luckily I had the tire details with me. They could not find the tire, he gets on the computer and tells me to come later. I said it is waste of my time, even though I came as and when I was told to come. Now the desk person shouts at me saying I can take my business somewhere else if I am not prepared to come again. No one even said sorry for the inconvenience.
