This place is very bad, they believe that they are the only ones and you have to wait a long time for an alignment and if it does not look good for them to review it they make you waste time and then after 30 days it says that it has the guarantee they want to charge you again

Thank you to Will from the front desk . I want to thank this gentleman . I came in with several auto issues and this guy has a way of putting me at ease .. i trust him and I trust this company with my car .. I don’t say that much .. I have been going to them for a year and all the employees there are honest and that goes a long way with me. I love there set up, it’s well ran .. there work is superb and the prices are very reasonable , tbh the best in the area . I’m not just saying this I sincerely mean it .. give them a try and talk to Will and you will see what I mean ..

This place is good if you have an emergency tire flat fix or wheel balance or tire rotation....but very poor wheel alignment. Ramon did my alignment and he did not correctly aligned the wheels rather it was made worst. Next morning I went to Goodyear and corrected the alignment fixed. Wait for the alignment was more that 3 hours and I regret the visit just because of the alignment service I got here. Rest the tire shop is good for other work.

After several visits, I am forced to deem this business unworthy. Despite the front-desk staff (William) being impeccable (an excellent customer service Rep w/knowledge, questions answered, courtesy, professionalism, etc,) once you go across the street to have the actual service, unless you are paying attention, you are NOT getting exactly what you pay for. I pay for an oil-change/tire rotation & each/every time, they only rotate 2 tires. This is fraud😲 Cutting corners like this to save time/labour is unacceptable. Having it happen multiple times proves this clearly is their norm (not an accident) I am sad to report such unethical practices 👎👎
